1. HOW DO I WITHDRAW FUNDS?
Click “My profile” from the menu. Select Wallets or Bank. Input Wallet or bank details, click ‘Add’. Go to top of Dashboard, Balances and select “click to withdraw” under Earnings, Wallet balance or Referral Bonus. Enter amount, select payment option of wallet or bank. Click ‘withdraw’ and you will be credited.
2. HOW TO FUND MY ACCOUNT?
From your Dashboard; Click the “Deposit button” or Wallet deposit from the menu to bring up your Wallet addresses and QR code. Copy the cryptocurrency address you choose to deposit in or scan the QR code and make a deposit using any crypto wallet or directly from another exchange. The funds will be available in your Widexpress wallet balance shortly after blockchain confirmation.
3. HOW DO I EARN FROM INVESTMENT ?
After successfully funding your wallet; Click the “Investment button” or “My Investments” from the menu. Select either of the available packages listed by clicking ‘Invest’ on suitable package. n.b. Make sure to have the minimum required amount available in your wallet balance.
4. HOW DO I COPY TRADE A PROFESSIONAL?
After successfully investing in a package; Click “Copy trade” from the menu. Select the pro trader you wish to copy by clicking “Copy Trader”.
5. HOW LONG DOES A DEPOSIT TAKE?
BTC deposits require 3 block confirmations which usually takes around 40 minutes on average; ETH and ERC-20 tokens require 10 block confirmations which usually takes around 4 minutes. n.b. These timeframes will vary for different currencies as well as blockchain congestion. Widexpress does not charge any deposit fees. You can follow the status of your deposits in your history.
6. WHAT IS THE MIN. OR MAX. WITHDRAWAL?
There is no minimum or maximum required withdrawal amount. However, withdrawalamounts must not be greater than Earnings, bonus or wallet balance.
7. 2FA DEVICE LOST OR RESET?
When enabling 2FA on your account, you will receive a 16-digit backup code. This code can be used to restore 2FA time codes for your account. Simply add a new time-code generator in your 2FA app and enter the 16-digit backup code.
8. HOW DO I ACTIVATE/ DEACTIVATE 2FA?
Go to 'My Profile' Click security Select 'Enable' to activate and 'Disable' to deactivate If Enabled; Download 'Google Authenticator on device Scan the QR code displayed with authenticator app Enter the generated OTP Select 'Activate 2FA'
